On November 11-13, 2022 American Councils for International Education Georgia in cooperation with the Georgian Institute of Politics (GIP) held the training for the “NGO Leaders: Lead with Impact“ for the Professional Fellows Program (PFP), Open World, and Promoting Youth Transformational Leaders in Georgia program alumni.
The workshop aimed at helping non-governmental organization representatives improve their understanding of how to formulate and implement the strategy in their NGOs. Learn what it takes to foster a culture of innovation in the organization, and broaden the horizon on funding strategies. Practice the skills as a team communicator, leader, and mentor and broaden the skills concerning collaboration between government and non-government actors.
This workshop was made possible with the support of the U.S. Department of State with funding provided by the U.S. Government and implemented by the American Councils for International Education in cooperation with the GIP under the USAID/Georgia supported activity „Promoting Youth Transformational Leaders in Georgia“.
