Mariam Bibilashvili
Mariam Bibilashvili holds a Doctorate in Philosophy in Social Sciences from the University of Tsukuba, Japan. She earned her Master’s degree in International Relations from the same institution. Currently, Mariam actively contributes to the Media Literacy Development Department of the Georgian National Communications Commission as a consultant. Additionally, she lends her expertise to the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) representation, focusing on the advancement of Japanese studies in Georgia. Her diverse interests encompass international relations, foreign policy, media literacy, and education policy. Mariam is an author of several academic papers, and she has also published a book exploring the postcolonial aspects of Georgia’s foreign policy evolution.
