GIP participates in CEPS Event on Civic Mobilization in EU Candidate Countries

On April 1, Kornely Kakachia, Director of the Georgian Institute of Politics, took part in an event organized by the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) think tank in Brussels. The discussion focused on the dynamics of civic mobilization in EU candidate countries, with particular attention to Georgia and Serbia.

The event explored the broader impact of civic engagement in these nations on both the Western Balkans and the Eastern Neighbourhood regions. Additionally, participants examined the implications of these developments for the European Unionโ€™s enlargement policy.
