Levan Natroshvili is a professional with 15-year experience in the civil society / non-profit sector, civil service, and academia. As programs manager, he has been in charge of various good governance programs funded by USAID, SIDA, OSI, NED, and other donors. Levan has also led election observation missions during the last eight general elections in Georgia. He is a member of the OSCE/ODIHR’s roster of international experts on political integrity and a certified election observer. Moreover, Levan is an author, co-author, and research supervisor of numerous studies related to good governance including elections, political parties, civil service, economic analysis, and public procurement. He has 10-year experience in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Levan holds BA and MA degrees in International Relations and is a recipient of several academic scholarships and awards.
