On October 21, the Georgian Institute of Politics and Polis180 summarized the project #GEONext – Partnership for Youth Engagement and held the concluding conference – Cross-sectoral cooperation for societal change? Perspectives from Georgian & German youth.
“#GEONext- Partnerships for Youth Engagement” supported local initiative groups across Georgia to implement eight small projects that would further the country’s advancement in the four areas:
- Inclusion
- Digitization
- Climate Change & Sustainability
- Regional Economic Development
For this purpose, the project brought together young activists from all over Georgia with international businesses and organizations, as well as young experts from Germany who have joined forces to tackle the above-mentioned societal challenges.
During the summary conference, the local initiative groups presented the actual results of their actions, and they received competent assessments from international experts and relevant sector representatives on already implemented projects.
